From my understanding a nuclear power station would take 8-10 years to get up while costing an enormous amount, especially now that transport, materials, etc, etc, will cost a lot more with the current supply situation. So, for those reasons it is not a viable way to go.

Tea Tree oil is brilliant and has been used for thousands of years by Aboriginal people, let alone the rest of us in it essential oil form.

Welfare advocacy organisations are asking for an increase in income support because unemployment is expected to rise as well the cost of just about everything else. We've always got money for military weaponry (for Australia's protection) but not so the people can eat and have a roof over their heads? Yep, and real estate investment practices are stealing homes from everyday people and the vulnerable. That's another theft that's hurting people who end up on the street because there's nowhere they can afford.
