Ich beobachte ständig, dass Autofahrer*innen im Straßenverkehr auf ihr Handy schauen. Das können auch mehrere Zeug*innen beobachten oder Polizeibeamte. Das Problem ist mMn nicht die geringe Beweisbarkeit, sondern dass es wie ein Kavaliersdelikt behandelt wird.
Ist auch ein Generationenkonflikt, gerade deshalb ist die Eintrittswelle von (ich nehme jetzt einfach mal an) jüngeren Leuten ziemlich interessant und stimmt mich persönlich verhalten hoffnungsvoll für zukünftige Positionen der Partei.

I think stability and a clean architecture are underrated qualities for "noob friendly" distros, while badly emulating windows is overrated. I also think you should give Fedora (plus rpm-fusion for non-free drivers and codecs) a try, it's worth it!
"Lookalike" is a relative term for sure. With just a little bit of practice one would never confuse the two. It's always best to learn side-by-side with someone who can show you what to look for.
A good rule is this: If you have to double-check with a book (or an app or whatever) to identify the mushroom, you do NOT know it well enough to risk eating it.
