  • That was a hell of a sunset. Gorgeous but always so sad.

  • Oh dude that's rough. I'm glad he didn't suffer more than he needed.

  • Went out for a walk before the heat kicks in, lots of people in the area had the same idea so I got to see lots of cute dogs! Always a win!

  • Congrats and bloody well done. Thanks for taking care of him! CDS strikes again, fingers crossed him and Gibson are fine. What will you name him?

  • Sometimes it really is about whatever gets you through!! Enjoy!!

  • I've been watching today and been wondering about you and your colleagues. It must be extra shit for you to see people do the whole "Yeah, nah" until it's too late and then panic. On the flip side, know there are people 70km+ away who have their bags packed and plans ready for action!

My mother is a "wait until it's too late person" and I've flat out told her she's choosing to die - it still doesn't matter. Like newly licensed drivers who think they're invincible until it happens to them.

Got some fiery mates who were telling me about where they can be allocated to if needed and learned some cool facts about the Langy station!

  • Happy cake day!!! So glad you're here!

  • She is way too precious. I'm so glad she has you!

  • I remember sitting on the big chest freezer in my bedroom waiting for Kylie Minogue to start on the radio so I could try and hit record at the very right second.

  • I'm sure you're aware, but it's considered respectful to keep your goshuincho for temples and shrines, and use another book for regular tourist stamps. I can't wait to see what you get!

  • Oh oh oh and look out for the ink stamps you can get from various places like stations and tourist places like Shibuya Sky etc!

  • Please get a famichiki and stuff it into an egg sando for me, please. I'm sad I didn't think to try that last trip.

Also, please enjoy every moment. And try allllll of the ramen! I can't wait to hear about your adventures!

  • Gosh that brings back memories (I say as white trash). Glad you and the family enjoyed it!

  • Damp facewasher between my wrists was a good one for me.

  • This dream brought to you by having cheese for dinner and reading about a WoW event happening in Fed Square later this month.

  • This is how Alfie copes with the heat.

  • That's brutal, dude. Good luck! So bullshit that coming in early isnt as valued as staying late.
