I don't quite understand 'park' being so high on the list: isn't the whole point of a suburban house that you have your own park (your own garden) because you fear communal parks

It might be that you live somewhere nice, but then those amenities move away and that sucks, especially for old or disabled or poor people (without access to a car)
But i cannot imagine willingly moving somewhere where the nearest supermarket or bus-stop is more than a 10 minute walk away. The inability to do things would be a daily frustration. I am willing to give up A LOT in terms of 'house-size' or 'garden' or 'affordable rent' just to live close to civilization.

Thanks. I think stories of people who transitioned as an adult offer a very valuable perspective on gender. A lot of differences just exist, are never spoken about let alone examined.

(Btw: some of the stuff he describes as 'female' does not ring true to me at all: I don't talk in the bathroom, I'm not particularly scared of dudes in the dark, nobody comments on my food in the office. Country and wealth and ugly/pretty are probably all factors there)
