  • I don't mind, but it might be good to leave some details out of titles for casting decisions

This crosspost from !daredevil@lemmy.world for example

    https://sh.itjust.works/post/33599966

[potential spoilers] Daredevil Born Again Season 2 casting

    {details of spoiler}

Also there's a 'Shaggy in the MCU' joke in here somewhere

  • Amazing find 😊 the snowy fluff!

  • Time travel interactions however, those could be a problem

  • It's odd that something is causing it to be unpinned afterwards. Is it unpinned everywhere that you've checked, or those instances in particular?

I'll pass this along to the others

  • Good to know :)

I'll see if we can make it more prominent, maybe in the instance sidebar, or by pinning more pixelfed.ca related announcements as they come up.

I worry about pinning things for too long, since it can crowd up people's feed and make them ignore the posts if they pop up too often. There's a balance to it, and we might have taken that one down too quickly

  • See the crosspost where someone commented a summary of the procedure

  • I have only tried Zen from your list and it's been nice so far. The most recent update last night broke something with the multi account containers, but other than that it's been smooth sailing for months.

Ladybird looks promising but it's not out yet. Planning to try switching to it when it's out.

Arc is apparently dead (or dying), but it was chromium based, VC funded, and Zen does most of the same things anyway. https://www.theverge.com/2024/10/24/24279020/browser-company-ai-browser-arc

  • The post count is broken, it's on our list of things to look into (unless it fixes itself after a month has passed 🀷)

  • It's been great on pixelfed, I appreciate the people that put some time into it

  • pinned, thank you for the message :)

(please remind me if I forget to unpin it afterwards)

  • Good to know. The feature is marked as experimental, so maybe we will turn it off until either there is an update or we find what's causing the issue.

  • That would be in line with the "no immediate indication of foul play"

The Press Association confirmed there is an β€œactive investigation’’ into the deaths. Sheriff Mendoza said there was no immediate indication of foul play. He did not provide a cause of death or say when the couple might have died.
