I refuse to believe 2015 was 8 years ago
It looks like it needs a hug
⊂(・﹏・⊂)
I love the colors though! It really pops out and is pleasant to look at!
Voyager/wefwef is the best one rn honestly, even if the design language is iOS
Waiting for Sync and Boost 🙏🙏
It's the same app, just a name change
Voyager is linked in the post: https://vger.app
wefwef.app will continue working
I'm seeing alot of artists, specially japanese, moving to Misskey too, which is also federated.
That's great for me cuz I mainly used Twitter to follow artists.
It reminds me alot of FMAB with its colorful cast of characters and the setting. Love it.
Sort by 'hot'
...but this isn't the comm for that type of questions, post in support comms
YTA- wait sorry wrong comm
I was expecting something really dark; glad I was wrong lol
Personally, I'm already content with the current stream of, well, content on Lemmy right now, at least for doomscrolling.
There's a lack of niche communities right now of course, but I made one that I missed, and I'm sure other people will do the same as the user base increases.
Make any communities you miss guys!
I hope Lemmy at least adds the ability to follow other lemmings so their posts appear in the feed.
Though, then I don't see why it wouldn't work with mastodon users too, since they just seem to be treated as regular lemmings in their profile and all, aside from the tagging.
Interesting. That's one of the things I dislike most in life 🤔
I think we should. If anything, I'd say it should post more of the popular mangas like those being posted by people like you right now.
People just aren't very likely to make a discussion post even if they're an avid reader; they'd rather discuss it in an existing post, and not do anything if there isn't one.
There's too much to worry about like the formatting and timing (posting it even a few hours late will probably miss alot of comments) of it for most people to bother making one.

As it is now, it's quite inconvenient to not be able to see a community's actual subscriber count from an instance and instead see how many are subscribed to it from the current instance; makes it hard to judge their activity from a search, and is confusing for new users.
A shared user count directly in lemmy would be very useful.
I don't know if the mods of this comm even have any control over the sub anymore after the admin intervention, but I think this would be the most reasonable outcome.
It's currently listed as the fallback forum, which is a damn shame because the sub is a big source of users; it's why I moved too.
People who do want a better alternative with 3rd party apps can only move if it's properly listed.
Listing it even as a sister community would be better than what it is right now.
In my case it's under 500mb. What are the options?
