New cigarette warning labels aim to deter kids | Winnipeg Free Press
  • They had labels like that when I was still in school, the kids were cutting them out of packets and using them like trading cards.

  • Classic Canadian indie rock albums ranked by how old it makes you feel to see them called ‘classic’
  • I think ive heard of Sloan and Arcade Fire, but I wouldn't even be able to name any of their songs or even what genre they do.

  • What kind of video games do other races play?
  • Minecraft with better physics is basically just Vintage Story

  • How to measure things like a Canadian?
  • Where I live its generally imperial for estimating something at a glance, and metric for actually measuring something.

  • [Meta] Happy to see non-relevant posts being removed. Thank you mods for your work
  • Just glad to not see the same 5 sex questions asked day after day.

  • Game of Thrones was nearly "destroyed" by pirates illegally streaming HBO content
  • the bitching was better than the ending, by a large margin.

  • What series did you rewatch most often?
  • I think it has the perfect mix of goofy and epic, sadly Super just doesn't scratch that itch for me. The first two seasons of Jojo's Bizzare Adventure did, Avatar did, but not a whole lot else did.

  • Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Beans
  • Now do one with that scene of her eating the horse heart, but its beans.

  • Why does this keep happening?
  • Russian sleep experiment was an ok creepypadta, but the ending was so cringe it ruined it.

  • Random YouTube comment on the whole Reddit situation that perfectly sums up my thoughts
  • hell they could have bought the 3rd party apps and hired the devs

  • People around the world, do you drink tap water without boiling?
  • Im from Newfoundland Canada. The city I live in has a water treatment facility and the tap water is perfectly fine to drink without any filtering or boiling.

Many smaller towns in my province only have natural water sources (lakes/ponds/streams) or wells for their water supply. The town I grew up in was like that up till about 2005-2006ish. It was pretty rare for us to have to boil water though, maybe 3 weeks out of the whole year, a neighboring town with a different water supply had to boil their water for most of the year so there was alot of variability.

  • Lettuce Wins Again
  • man looks like he aged 50 years between photos

  • What is the Warframe's community's stance on the Reddit blackout and what are your next steps?
  • Don't think ill be using reddit much after this shitshow.

If the subreddit does come back up however, we should see about cross posting things from the subreddit to here (with the og posters permission), same for memeframe. It raises awareness for the federated community and helps it feel less like we arent missing out on current events while it finds its footing.

  • Lingo Star
  • some boomer shit right here

  • What is the most Non-Gameplay reason you wanted a frame/weapon for?
  • When I found out that Ripkas make chainsaw noises I had to get them!

Hope kuva ripkas become a thing.

  • Do not use Ocucor! It will ruin the game for you!
  • Sepulcrum is probably the most satisfying secondary to use.

  • how do you like your steak cooked?
  • Yeah, mom liked her steak well charred. Once we were old enough to man the barbeque ourselves the quality in steaks improved, though she still insisted we burn hers black.

  • Lotus's Choice (New War)
  • I picked Natah.

If you believe the narrative that the Orokin forcibly modified Natah into being our caretaker then it feels wrong to do the same.

If you believe that Natah infiltrated the Orokin to become our 'caretaker' so she could kill us but then decided against that because she came to love us as her own, then she was always Natah.

  • What is a tasty and convenient snack to add to a brown bag lunch?
  • Like lunchables, but hate the stupidly high prices? You can pack your own for a fraction of the cost.

Get some crackers/flatbread/mini pita/melba toast, whatever cracker or cracker like snack you prefer.

Get some cured meat like salami, pepperoni, polish sausage, summer sausage, bologna and slice it up thin. If you arnt confidant in your ability to slice sausage then you can probably find it pre cut for pizza and sandwiches.

Get some cheese, doesn't have to be fancy shit though sliced American cheese is probably not going to work well. Cut it into pieces that will fit on you cracker.

Portion out an equal amount of all three, put it in a baggie or container, and pop it in your bag.

its home made lunchables if the kids ask, if adults are asking tell them its charcuterie.
