  • After market. I'm measuring beans before adding and wanted as close to zero retention as possible. I think it's working. I noticed the grinds come out a little lumped together. This is fine for aeropress and French press, but may need to get something for when it is espresso time to smooth out the grinds.

  • makeMkv first and handbrake to compress. When using handbrake make sure to pick video and audio formats that work for your clients. I recommend h265 and eAC3 audio.
