Can someone explain to me why this sub is called "Found Satan"?

Is it because Satan found Jesus, but they're still a little bit Satan? Or is because you found the person who is Satan? Or what?

It appears to be a community where people post truly diabolical things that folks have done. Sometimes someone does something so annoying, so sinister, that all you can say is “well, we found satan.”
- Yeah, but that's not what the community description says.

Why is this getting downvotes? It’s a genuine question
- Seems like OP is being deliberately obtuse, which would explain the downvotes. Whining about downvotes is also going to compound the issue.
  
  I tried giving a legit answer and look where it got me. OP is now so upset about getting downvotes that he has to find a way for something to be wrong with all of Lemmy in order to explain it.
- Perhaps because there’s enough explanation in the sidebar to figure it out and people want content, not questions. Also the OP is being a bit of a dipshit ITT and people may be downvoting him.
- Like I said below, I've been on Lemmy for like 3 or 4 days now, and I've found that a chunk of people are either:
  Reactionary because they're afraid you're criticizing them or something they like, or
  They downvote you for not already knowing everything, or for "stupid questions" that aren't actually stupid.
  Luckily that doesn't seem to be most people here. I've had a good experience on Lemmy so far.
  Edit: Lemmy's "1. 2." list and bullet list line-space formatting is whack.

- I dunno, but I found a lot of people on Lemmy in the three days I've been here who downvote people for not already knowing everything, and for asking sincere questions due to it.
Sounds like something God would do. Satan isn't a trickster.
Satan's not an evil guy. He wants you to learn and question why. He wants you to have fun and be yourself And by the way there is no hell!
