IIRC, Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet are both half-African-American, half-Ashkenazi Jewish, and their kids inherit that particular ethnicity.

Yeah...Jews have historically and notoriously been considered nonwhite regardless of skin color. This is a weird meme.
They've also been considered model white people at other times, because whiteness is fluid.
