The judge is a woman.
And why be upset at the judge anyway? She didn't create this law.
Yeah just a couple minutes of searching turned up that she is a Democrat, pro-choice, actively defended government and corporate whistleblowers as a lawyer, and supports numerous organizations to help these things, increase aid to to families in poverty, create more measures to give children in poverty more resources to attended school, etc., and promotes universal healthcare.
