If we actually had this ability, our lives would be crazy. You can just beam yourself an entire lifetime as your D&D character, or in your favorite video game or novels. And then just be back.

Not learn multiple skill sets/languages, develop hobbies, and find inner peace. Kept strictly to good the stuff. I like where your head's at.
