I guess I should piss on a cupcake. There’s probably rule 34 of that.
What does this mean? Are people putting sprinkles on toilet seats? If so, why??

  no, it refers to a stupid "tradition" (more like trend) for people to cover toilets in glitter or sprinkles when staying at another person's house. not fun to clean up
