How would you like to see City Council spend their yearly $1.5 billion budget?

The Bureau of Land Management already maintains tons of public sex land.

Ditto. Cycling infrastructure, and maybe a fleet of cheap bikes anyone can use for free, like Amsterdam has (if I recall correctly). Would probably cut down on bike theft a lot, by removing the customer base.
