Yeah, nah the banana is too gun-shaped to be banned in the US.
Kinder surprise chocolate eggs however are banned, since they don't meet the qualifications for the corndog exemption for food safety laws.

These (the normal sized ones) haven't been banned here for at least 10 years. We likely have regional ones, though.
