So all plumbers are going to have to become... what, coperrers?
There's also an apparent pride in anti intellectualism that seems to be typically American.
You'd probably need the bold headlines to understand what he means. I wonder if he's posted them on twitter yet. 🤔
They have tin cans and string. So they're all set.
Hmmm, how does it get its change out of its pocket?
That's a normal price for semi-decent chicken.
Here, the price for a normal, decent chicken is 22 to 26 euros. It gets you a bird that has lived a normal life, has been outside most of its life, hasn't been injected with weird shit, has eaten normally and has led a regular chicken life. That's if you buy direct from the producer though (through the many ways to get stuff directly). Otherwise, you can possibly double the price.
Just like there were many forms of armour (plate was very expensive), there were many forms of hand weapons. And although the novels (3ven of the time) tended to romanticise the sword, it was mostly a secondary weapon, much like a handgun nowadays.
Do you want to be fully conscious when you die, or not really aware it's happening?
It's a complicated question.
This seems normal for western Europe. Meat prices will range from roughly 4 to 55 euros per kilo, ranging fro shitty chicken to prime beef cuts.
An axe could presumably split into chainmail. Although I suppose it's just as likely to just break whatever is behind it. It's not a great armour for large blunt impacts.
Frank has management written all over him!
Chain mail, maybe. Plate armour? Not a chance.
You had to go around the plates.
Apparently, they can use the practice.
I thought that an invisible person was pouring into her flute.
Especially in Europe where liberal is more typically used for economically liberal.
That was before the Internet turned hostile by default. It didn't last, sadly.
So you're saying that there have been Princess Diaries 1 and 2?
In France (it might be a European thing, others will maybe confirm), carrier phones have to be ulockable after 6 months (assuming they're still locked to begin with) . Just ask your carrier and they'll unlock it.
Of course it's best to buy hardware outside of their ecosystem to begin with.
Plasma 6 changed the way scrollbars work for some reason. Now when you click somewhere with mouse1 the elevator jums there and the window content scrolls accordingly.
Previously, it would scroll by one window's worth in the appropriate direction. If you wanted to jump to a given location, you just used mouse2 (typically the scroll wheel button nowadays). It has worked that way everywhere for literally decades.
After reading the very weird explanation for the change, I can only conclude that the devs don't even know how to use their interface.
Hence my question, is there a setting somewhere to switch back to the traditional behaviour?
