He was wearing a bulletproof vest, so I think that means he was asking for it, right?
Was he? I'm not saying he definitely wasn't, but I haven't seen any reporting saying that, and the images/video that I've seen didn't make me think that.
Conspiracy theories are already saying he had increased security and started wearing bullet proof vests, but I doubt there's any truth in that
