I'm terrible at geography, and specifically picked classes in high school to avoid taking a geography class, instead taking psychology and sociology to cover my "social studies" credits. As a result, I never knew Israel was specifically a Jewish country until this whole genocide kicked off. I knew a lot of Jewish people lived there, but I thought it was like how a lot of Christians live in the southern US - the population might be a majority of one religion, but the country is still neutral, at least in theory.
When I speak out against Israel people will often accuse me of being antisemitic, and I can't help but chuckle when that happens since I didn't even know Israel was Jewish when I first started denouncing their genocide. I don't give a shit what religion someone wants to follow, just don't kill innocent civilians...
Some people need to work out if they're talking about
Jews
or
Zionists
or
Kahanists
What's a kahanist? Never heard that term before.
The cunts responsible for what most people blame zionists for.
Zionism is this weird complex thing of many flavours that basically boils down to "a Jewish state where the antisemites can't get us"
Kahanists are the ones who want to take it by force and murder any non-Jew in said state.
Edit: i'm a screaming aussie gentile here, so if anyone better versed wants to weigh in, please do so
I hadn't either.
The funny thing is they blame Jews for Zionism and its consequences, but Zionism was first invented by Capitalist Christian anti-Semites in power, and supported by anti-Semites to get Jews out of "their" countries. So basically what they're advocating against is the same thing that got us here in the first place. Even for really traditional Jews and Christians that recite promises written in their "holy" books about Israel as if it's some kind of excuse to allowing genocide, I'm pretty sure that their God didn't advocate for killing an entire people. No, of course not, their God should send entire people to torture for not beleiving, not his followers on earth. Both ways of thought are sickening and backwards.

1 Samuel 15
Most of the Israeli citizens against the genocide in Gaza are the actually "religious Jews" (read: the Jews)! It's just that the word has lost all meaning in the West thanks to propaganda, and what people usually mean by "Jew" is irreligious (what's next, an atheist Muslim?) Eastern/Western European whose family speaks/spoke Yiddish. 🤷
Wanna know what's weird? The Far right seem to support this. Like I remember when the war started and you had people waving Israeli flags yelling "Jüdische Ratten" at Religious Jews holding placards saying "Not in our name" and "thou shalt not kill".
I'll repeat that, we had people flying Israeli flags yelling Nazi slogans at Jews who were protesting against Israel.
What.
The most insane thing has been seeing people do literal Nazi salutes and told it's not a Nazi salute and not anti semitic and told that criticism of genocidal actions by Israel is somehow is anti semitic. Gaslight maxxing.
Fascist solidarity. It tracks with the history of zionism quite well
