- tech bros .... modern day snake oil salesmen
  in the 1910s it was a fast talking showmen on a soapbox saying he can cure galloping consumption with heroin
  in the 1970s we saw them as fast talking car salesmen with checkered suits
  in the 2020s they'll be identified as CEOs in t-shirts and jeans
- Tech people is a gendered version. At least in my mind.
