You see, it's very nuanced, on one hand, israel is systemically killing palestinian civillians and has blocked aid causing every reigion of gaza to be in famine, but a palestinian resistance group attacked israel one time.

There couldn't possibly be loopholes there.
Iirc germany considers stuff like tank engines as defence equipment but not weapons and therefore totally fine to sell places you are not allowed to sell weapons to. Not that we wouldn't sell actual weapons to Israel.
