President Donald Trump took to social media Thursday on Juneteenth, a federal holiday, to criticize the number of “non-working holidays” in the United States.

I’m surprised everyone here is missing the obvious: he’s racist AF. Juneteenth is the holiday celebrating when word of the end of the civil war and the emancipation proclamation reached Texas. Sure he’s a lazy billionaire, but I bet this is more about him thinking black people don’t deserve a holiday. It’s implied in there by him saying non-working, he’s thinking black people are lazy.
I think it's even worse than that: he wants black people to get back to the "work" the holiday was about emancipating them from.

From the guy spending 25% of his presidency golfing. And that’s only the 25% of fucking around on the course, not the rest of the time he spends fucking off.
This is the party that wants every government worker to not have any remote work, yet cheer Taco on the golf course, costing Americans millions of dollars. They cannot wait to drop on their knees and service him, no matter how much it demonstrates their total hypocrisy.
Honestly I was amazed it wasn't cancelled by executive order before and Trump's birthday made a federal holiday.

During my day off yesterday, I was joking with some friends about how I was surprised that Taco hasn't already decreed that the holiday is cancelled.
I wonder how much the likes of Pee-wee German just sit there and seethe about Juneteenth...

Hm, I was wondering this very thing yesterday - would Taco show some kind of performative resentment toward this holiday? Or at least send out the likes of Pee-wee German to express the Republicans' white supremacy viewpoint?
And.....sure enough, here it is. Taco really is the walking, talking embodiment of the crusty old Angry White Man [*]. What's ridiculous is that Taco has no fucking good reason to be angry about anything, given his cushy and entitled life. I guess his daddy did a real number on him, but he can afford the therapy FFS.
I sure hope that Taco is the last gasp of the Angry White Man, at least as far as having any type of grip on America. I've been so sick of that phenomenon since at least the 90s.
[*] And like Chomsky said, a whole lot of white men have a really good reason to be angry given what was taken/withheld from them, but they are angry at the wrong things and the wrong set of people. However, nothing was withheld from Taco.
