At first I only saw the first two lines and I wasn't sure, but after reading the title I already knew where this was going. Thoughts and prayers.

  His involvement ended after Enterprise. From there, we've had JJ's stooge Alex Kurtzman. Kinda wish he'd drop out and inject Trek with some new blood. We'll see how Tawny Newsome does as a writer/producer for Academy.
  
  No, he was hired as a producer for TNG, then became Executive Producer when Gene died. He left the franchise after Enterprise ended.
