What kind of gun is that kid pointing at the girl in that photo? I have never seen a kid with a gun like that here in the US, only handguns and stuff, that doesn't look like it is very easy to conceal and I would be worried about the penetration power of it.
It's the opposite of a silencer, commonly called a loudener. It's for when you really want to keep the rent prices down in your neighborhood.
