US must keep control of migrants sent to South Sudan in case removals were unlawful, judge rules
A federal judge ruled late Tuesday that U.S. officials must retain custody and control of migrants apparently removed to South Sudan in case he orders their removals were unlawful.
Unfortunately I like the theory that they will be spirited into Ukraine as a Russian meat wave before any repatriation effort can begin.
I will keep saying it: these people are at war with us and we need to start acting like it.
I'm guessing they won't.
“We can’t” will be the response.
Yeah well judges say a lot of things.
Notice that none of these judge rulings have been supported by a consequence? Had the same convo about my teenagers recently.
If no US officials have been remanded into custody until they comply, this is just a stern finger wagging.
