That headline again: we realized we were missing out on so much preorder cash
- "uhoh, we're not popular enough to have our servers filled on beta weekend, so we won't generate enough hype!"
It's the game that was already said to be overflowing with shitty abandoned player bases even though it was in closed beta, right? And their answer was like, "be responsible, players, destroy your own base when you don't want it anymore".
This is going to be... interesting.
I played for about an hour on Linux, then the game kicked me out for anti cheat. Nice bait and switch, refunded..
