This makes me just sad.

The father sharing a irreplaceable moment with his child while the mother has to watch from the shore.

This is what extremist interpretation of Islam are doing to families.

Progressive Islam = oxymoron
- You should look at photos of Iran in the 1970s. Women wore mini skirts and went to universities there. Fundamentalism in any religion is a scourge.

I just want to bring the uncertainty back. I don't care personally how anyone else lives their lives or practices a faith, but everyone is just so fucking certain theirs is the correct one that they're even willing to die over it and it's absolutely cultist level insanity that I feel is unhealthy for anyone, manifesting in realities like the one dipicted. Let faith be... Faith.
