I guess they'll at least try to salvage or destroy it themselves. Even if the electronics etc. are defective, a jet in almost perfect condition might be pretty interesting to analyze for foreign nations.
It's far from perfect condition after a dive like that in that water. I'd be surprised if it's remotely salvageable, might be good for some intel but most equipment sitting on deck is probably mostly declassified by now anyway.
