Should be first degrees.

He ran through the food truck street, where people were eating and socializing.
- Sounds like nobody thought it was premeditated though; supposedly the guy was already known to the police and has a history with mental health issues.
  
  Correct: why did he have access to an expensive car? Why wasn't he in care? Why didn't he break at the first hit, etc. etc.?
  
  11 people killed, more injured. It was def. meditated after the second hit.
5 years old. I'm so fucking sick. Man truely is a wolf to man. There was a news about Paris mayor wanting to ban cars from the city. I say let's do it in Canada as well. Cars and pedestrian cannot be in the same place. Let's not wait for another murderous wolf.
