Well there’s ‘blue’ or whatever, which is before raw, so maaaaaybe this would fit that? Ick
10 0 ReplyCorrect this is blue. Not even legal to serve in the US as far as I know
7 0 ReplyIt's perfectly legal to serve, steak tartare is perfectly legal to serve
8 0 ReplyI had not considered that. But then again I don't exactly go to those types of restaurants. That's too fancy pantsy

WHAT? Are you implying the US has food standards?
Idk I’ve never tried to order one, in fact never had a steak out. I learned how to cook a decent steak, but then went vegetarian lmao. To me this is…. Yikes.
But thanks for letting me know, I’ve never really seen it but this is. Well, ‘cooked’ just not much lmao

Well done is great, if it tastes like a leather shoe you messed up and left it too hot, too long
6 0 Replyyeah, if it tastes like leather you went past well done and into congratulations

That's not rare, that's straight up raw.
5 0 ReplyYeah pretty much. I guess very rare doesn’t cover it
5 0 ReplyLooks like only one side was cooked? Leaving the other side uncooked?
