- Yep, they have "treason is against the rules" rule, which lists all the big countries' laws against espionage.

- This one looks like it's not restricted in USA/Europe, but still technically export controlled, thus the removal. All the foreign states definitely already have it, but they removed it since it's technically restricted

- Not surprising. At the very least could probably get sued for intellectual property violations.
I swear at this point they do this shit on purpose. Poorly implement vehicle models into the game, their suffering-oriented game design makes people mad enough to want the vehicles better represented, but they don't accept any other "secondary sources" so people resort to leaking classified documents.... It's too crazy not to think it's on purpose.

the DA.7 manuals are not classified. they are public buyable for everybody for 10€. so at most one could argue the poster is violating the copyright.

I also find the story of the ARMA developers who were arrested because they were photographing a military base in Greece to use in developing games.
