The fewer seats republicans have in the US house, the harder it is to get their stuff through. Moreover, if these seats flip or show a strong overperformance, Republicans will be way more weary about going along with Trump

Half way to a flip just with the FL already, would love to see it.
My area had local elections yesterday and in all seats where a Democrat ran, they won by at least a couple thousand votes (15+ points). If a Republican candidate ran unopposed, they were under by just about the same number of votes. People here (in Central IL) would rather not vote for anyone than vote for a Republican and I love to see it. Let's hope the momentum and anger against Republicans continues into 2026 and 2028.
Who knows how shit will fare farther out than a few months from today, but it would be hard to claim election fraud in those elections if there were massive Democrat wins in almost every election, especially those areas that previously went hard for tRump.
