In years of participating in groups for foreigners in Japan, the question comes up once or twice a year from expecting parents as to how to get their kid circumcised. In Japan, it's only done when medically necessary, normally, and most guys are not. The vast majority of respondents, myself included, always try to convince them not to do it.

That son's name is 'Gabriel', in case anyone is curious. I don't know any of the people involved, I can just tell because the name is insufficiently blacked out.
Not sure why the name was even blacked out, though. All we can tell from the picture is that someone has a husband and a son and a real hardon for the Bible. The son's name is Gabriel and was born in 2022 or earlier, probably in America. That's not enough information to even remotely be able to identify someone.

Firstly, circumcision in itself is barbaric. Secondly, to do that to a baby at home, someone must be fucked up in their heads.

I swear, that last part. You make an online tutorial on how to do that with pictures, and your local 3 letter agency (or equivalent) is charging into your residency to take you down for explicit child genital images faster than an American priest running after a lone Child in a church.
