Amazing. I have a Simon mall right next to work and there are several stores taken up by private retail who sell nothing more than hats or junk t shirts. They must have way below market rent.
Wish there was just a store that covered all the fads all the time. We all know they are going to keep cycling around, why not let some of us pick a spot on the wheel to stay in forever. Instead of having to wait for it to come back in style and stock back up then.
