Ironically, Hungary, which hasn't switched prime minister in 15 years, is higher than Romania on this index. So take from that what you will.

Mexico is lower than the US? Last I checked they still had free elections and rule of law lmao
- I'd imagine that the drug cartels make some of the regions in Mexico significantly worse from a everyday perspective.
