I got this from a discord chat group. Presumably it's official, haven't seen it anywhere else yet.
Weren't the Aliens already in the arctic?
Yeah in the two AvP movies. I'm not sure where the fuck those stand in the official timeline, if at all. Likewise, no idea where this sits either. I thought I read it was before the events of Alien, which seems dumb.
From what I've heard, it's set before Alien and apparently it might be ignoring Prometheus and Covenant.
it's not dumb, because the aliens were being shipped around by the predators and then even the humans. some ppl just can't let them go. it's kinda the morale of those movies that greedy ppl can't stop messing around with dangerous stuff.
Reminds me of the septa pods from a certain movie.
