Ticketmaster is a monster and has been for a long time.
I was one of the ones there for the Eras tour debacle. I waited in line for 8 hours for those tickets. Their entire system is propped up with popsicle sticks and Elmer's glue.
What makes you think they're springing for name-brand glue?
