A place for all people, creatures and entities etc that do not see themselves as human and want to transition to something else or who are already are in some way whether that be internally, socially, with technology or surgery etc. This is not a place to debate the existence of us, call us mentally...
We created TransSpecies for all of you that don't see yoursel{f/ves} as human and would like to or are doing your best to transition to something that isn't that whether that's internally, socially, with technology or surgery (though it should be noted we don't gatekeep, exploring your identity is a-okay with us and there's no one way to be TransSpecies).
We will not be answering any questions or putting up with any remarks about us not existing or being mentally ill etc, such comments will just be reported and you will be banned from that community.

We apologise, it's very common to us now that we didn't think others wouldn't understand it.
Is this similar to Therians or otherkin, where people feel like they identify more with an animal or mythical creature? I mean I've heard some therians or otherkins do experience species dysphoria, so is that similar?
So, yes. However, Therian is specific to being an 'animal' from this planet or being animalistic in some way and not all of us are animals:
OtherKin doesn't necessarily mean one/many experiences species dysphoria, and it can be more of of a soul thing. They can experience such dysphoria, but it isn't a given or necessity to be considered OtherKin. Though it can be considered an umbrella term for some experiences:
There is also OtherHearted which can be similar to OtherKin, just a stronger connection:
There us also AlterHuman or AlterBeing that still relates to being Human in some way but slightly different to how most people experience it or can be non-human too, it is an umbrella term:
Finally, TransSpecies people like ourselves are folks that usually do not necessarily feel connected to humanity and would and will transition if we can either with technology, surgery, whatever medical science manages to figure out, socially etc:
