posting daily she ra memes until moral improves: 8
  • How will you decide when morale has improved?

  • My experience of being aromantic
  • Yeah, outside of this instance and maybe beehaw most of the threadiverse is pretty hostile and not accepting.

Still, sorry you had that experience. We are what we say we are, no matter if we choose or come to it as nothing else feels correctly/we just know.

  • LGBTQ asylum seeker 'forcibly removed' from US, sent to El Salvador
  • B I N G O and bingo was their name-o.

That or other forms of direct action and/or building around their power so we can ignore it.

  • My experience of being aromantic
  • Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

We too have never really been on getting to know someone or somemany dates, though we enjoy 'dates' with our established partners.

We are kind of demiromantic though, so our experience may vary. However, our 'fully' aromantic partner has taught us a lot about relationships and that a lot of things are just unnecessary (thank goodness for relationship anarchy).

We are currently rethinking a lot about ourselves with regards to sexuality (we're also demisexual) and romanticism, and enjoy that there is no pressure to perform certain actions or roles and we can just be ourselves.

We're glad others have been accepting to you, we hope that the same happens for us over time with people that aren't our (current) partners. 🙂

  • LGBTQ asylum seeker 'forcibly removed' from US, sent to El Salvador
  • Fair. The problem with what you propose is that having a space to communicate their 'unpopular' hateful ideas allows them to organise and grow their hate. So no, they shouldn't be on 4chan or wherever as that will only grow their determination. Best to get such places shut down.

  • LGBTQ asylum seeker 'forcibly removed' from US, sent to El Salvador
  • There really is only one thing they're going to listen to.

  • Inquiry into boofing progesterone.
  • Actual suppositories don't come out from farting. Do make sure you push they up far enough and lodge them in there, water on the finger you use to put them in you can help.

They will come out from pooping though. Make sure it's an actual suppository though as they will break down and absorb quicker, other forms we wouldn't advise.

  • Did Melatonin have any effects on your dysphoria?
  • Thank you!

Yeah, we took too much in vegan gummies (just two) and gosh we were so depressed the next day. We stopped after that.

  • New Study Confirms that Dogs Can Thrive on a Vegan Diet
  • As vegans who actually care about the science, thank you. We do need more studies about this, especially non biased ones that give us as much information as possible.

We do understand the push some vegans have towards wanting species who have traditionally needed meat to survive and thrive towards veganism for those species. However, we do also care about those species that need certain nutrients too.

We hope that the scientific evidence supports them being able to survive and thrive on vegan diets but it isn't there yet. Anyone or anymany who says otherwise, as much as we understand really needs to calm down and wait, be patient and do their best to not harm those species in the mean time.

  • Did Melatonin have any effects on your dysphoria?
  • If you'd like to say how much did you take?

  • Did Melatonin have any effects on your dysphoria?
  • If you do take it, take as little as is effective. We took too much at least once and it made us feel depressed. Start small and work your way up a very little at a time if, and only if you need more.

  • oooo ooooo
  • Ah, sorry that's the case. Hope you can get stuff you like in the future.

  • Don't be a cop
  • No, they take your bio information (fingerprints, saliva etc) off of the liquid containing object and possibly the liquid itself. All cops can and will do this no matter what country they operate in.

  • oooo ooooo
  • Feral cooking. 😆

  • Don't be a cop
  • Good point, thanks!

  • Don't be a cop
  • Cops, no matter where they are are not your friends in our opinion. They exist only to enforce the law, they aren't there to be helpful or kind, if they were they wouldn't be cops. They really only exist to catch people out and to lock people away as they are tools of the state no matter where they are.

The only forms of justice which actually help people improve and not do unethical things any more are restorative and transformative justice. Punitive forms of justice and the people that enforce them do not work and are not there to actually improve things.

  • Why is nobody here using the CWs?

We see a lot of posts here which are obviously referring to a specific gender or certain wants for transitioning, yet nobody seems to be using the CWs that the rules say should be used.

Why is this exactly? Should we be trying to point this out when people posting here don't? If they aren't ever used why do we have them as rules?

    > A great video about how fandom really doesn't know how to handle asexual characters in media and likes to sexualise them regardless. There is nothing wrong with this in the sense of exploring identity etc in fan fiction inherently as long as they don't pretend that it's ever going to happen in canon or shout down asexuals who would like some characters that are canonically like them for once.

    We created TransSpecies
    lemmy.blahaj.zone TransSpecies - BlÄhaj Lemmy

A place for all people, creatures and entities etc that do not see themselves as human and want to transition to something else or who are already are in some way whether that be internally, socially, with technology or surgery etc. This is not a place to debate the existence of us, call us mentally...

We created TransSpecies for all of you that don't see yoursel{f/ves} as human and would like to or are doing your best to transition to something that isn't that whether that's internally, socially, with technology or surgery (though it should be noted we don't gatekeep, exploring your identity is a-okay with us and there's no one way to be TransSpecies).

We will not be answering any questions or putting up with any remarks about us not existing or being mentally ill etc, such comments will just be reported and you will be banned from that community.

For all the rest of you, hope to see you there!

    Introduce yoursel{f/ves}

    Hi all!

    Introduce yoursel{f/ves} here.

I am a faerie most of the time, a member of the fae so my form sometimes changes.

Since we are plural the others may introduce themselves if they wish to.

Asexuality, aromanticism etc, and marriage fraud investigation

So a partner and us are thinking about getting married so we can emigrate somewhere (we do genuinely want to be together). However we're both ace-spec and thus don't have sex.

We're also both not cis, nor monogamous.

They're also aromantic and thus with all these things we don't behave in a typical mono allocishet way.

So is there any hope for us or will marriage fraud investigators tell us no without us kissing, having sex and generally behaving as expected?

What non allergenic vegan sexual protection exists?

Hi, so we might have need of vegan condoms and/or dams that aren't made from latex. Problem is we can find no vegan brands or versions that either use polyurethene or polyisoprene instead of latex anywhere online, or at least none that are explicitly listed as such.

Do y'all know of any? Thank you.

Edit: Seems like the best options so far are Pasante Unique or any of the Skyn brand condoms. Thanks to all who helped!

    PPT Surgeons in UK?

Hello, we were wondering if there were any Peritoneal Pull Through Vaginoplasty surgeons in the UK, or if not or they're not good where would y'all recommend going?

Not currently seeing the GIC because of long waiting lists, so don't know if that's a concern. We are on hormones though.

Also, haven't had any other surgeries yet, should we do before consulting them?

    Thanks!

[Solved] Blahaj eating posts in our new community

We are trying to create posts in our new community !kink@lemmy.blahaj.zone and for some reason they aren't appearing or if they are we can't see them from this account.

Is this a blahaj problem (possibly due to the upgrades) or are new communities not allowed to have posts in them until they've been vetted or some such or is it some other problem we don't yet understand?

Edit: Figured it out, we had "Show NSFW content" off in our settings even though those posts are not marked NSFW themselves it must inherent the 'NSFW'ness from the community, strange but makes sense.

Possible physical transition problems based on what we are taking, can y'all help?
