UPS delivered a vynil record

UPS delivered a vynil record
Also mildly infuriating is the way you wrote vinyl
I hate this image so much... All the work that got put into making that vinyl and getting it all the way to you... Just to be snapped in half a couple hundred feet from your front door :S
To be fair I don't think making a vinyl is very hard, it's basically just stamped from a mold.
stamped from a mold.
Just like the delivery driver's brain.
It’s not necessarily new or still in print though. Depending on what you’re into finding a copy of something can be hard/expensive and then this shit happens
The logistics of getting it to you are hard however
The process is time consuming. The mold needs to be redone after so many as well.
You worded it perfectly 🙈
And it’s one thing if it broke by accident, but this was clearly intentional as well!
oh fuck. very infuriating. what record was it?
A broken record.
I'll see myself out.

This was reposted to reddit dozens of times.
...but now that we're here, does the counter reset? Does an old repost now become a new post? Philosoraptor wants to know.
Judging by the comments I would say apparently so!
This would make me extremely infuriated :)))))
Jup 🙃 sorry maybe I chose the wrong community
More fury required.
I use to be an Rural Carrier Associate. Packages that don't fit in the box are suppose to get delivered to the door, if I couldn't get to your door then leave a Form 3849 (Attempted Delivery) This is just lazy TBH...
Ugh.. this the most infuriating post I've seen here so far...
You mean USPS? It's illegal for UPS to use your mailbox.
Could've been UPS using USPS for last-mile delivery. The OP is also from feddit.de so maybe they're not in the US.
Yeah, but in the case of your first statement USPS is effecting the delivery.
TIL
Even stretched the mailbox itself! What kind of monster was the delivery person?
@Felemuso
Noo, the pain!
Poor "little" disk...
Ouch, that's sad.
This is closer to c/maliciouscompliance
I think I saw this photo on Reddit a year ago.
How about not using such a small mail box
And that's how we know this post was probably fake. Another point, in order to cram that box in, they would need to put in considerable effort. No. UPS. Driver. Is going to put this effort in.
OP's home instance is feddit.de and they said "jup" elsewhere in this thread. Mayhaps they aren't in the US?
Amazon definitely uses my mailbox and will put in an incredible effort to cram whatever it is in to keep from walking the 50 steps to my front porch. Although I've never experienced this with ups.
Now that I'm aware this is illegal...ooo, someone's in trouble.
Edit: the word "with."
