Killing and decapitating voles, that is. Because there are so many voles right now they make an easy food source, I guess.
- First the squirrels decapitated the voles, and I said nothing as I wasn't a vole.
That title gave me cancer.
- But at least you still have your head.

Wow, thanks for sharing. I wonder if this will change the social dynamics of the squirrels (internecine warfare, pack hunting, etc.)
- I, for one, welcome our new packs of squirrel carnivores.
  
  Squirrels are opportunistic eaters. During the last US east coast 17-year Cicada brood, I saw them chowing down on them left and right.
  And yes, I am aware of my username...not on purpose I swear.

Sounds like my squirrel (and other small animal) serial killer dog might be getting some pushback if squirrels aren't putting up with any of those voles' bullshit any more.
