  Fuck it, make the tower and disc stationary, spin the building and record/cd player around the disc.
  
  I don't know how DJ shit works, isn't everything digital now? Are there just 'turntables' with a spinning circle that you fuck with?
  
  The prisoners themselves are the tune. They would be electricuted if they go out of tune. This is recorded for all the viewers to see.
- And with one-way glass so the concert attendees never know in what direction the DJ is playing.
You never know whether the DJ is fist pumping at you or not, but maybe they are, so you're constantly feeling pumped up.

This reminds me of a comic I drew during the Bush years about a "noise-ician" who had previously worked at DARPA developing sound-based-weaponry. I'd like to see his Panopticon set.
