You can't force someone to vote for your candidate once they enter the election booth. This sounds like a way to make some easy money.

  "You don’t have to register to vote. Have 10 fake names, go to 10 petitions and sign 10 times. That’s $4700, and it’s not illegal."

Note that it is literally illegal to pay someone for voting a certain way, so there's no reason you can't take the money and vote for Kamala anyway.
