Where I live its common for tacos to have curtido on top which is like a fermented cabbage cole slaw with jalapeños, I recommend!

Cover it with pico de gallo. Now you don't have to look at it and it tastes like pico de gallo
9 0 ReplyI've been using beef-flavored TVP crumbles and dairy-free cheese to make tacos lately. They've been pretty good and look like tacos lol.
The kids call them "instant tacos" and have no idea they're vegan.
