  the snake is in the bottom left side of the picture. If you cout it it’s the fourth turtle from the bottom.
  
  Lower ~~right~~ LEFT quadrant, you can only identify it by the tongue sticking out.

  I think the point is to look for the happy ones, basically. And the few that are distinctly not happy.

You're supposed to find the snake. Though the snake actually isn't in the part you can see here.

This is an exercise in absurdism. People searching the picture and giving each other hints without any search target. Fun stuff.
