In this case she started the fight. I wouldn't punch someone because I didn't like them. However if they do start punching me, I do have a right to defend myself. While insults aren't the same and I'm not really the type to get that much into it, when people like MTG or Alex Jones do it, I'm not going to have qualms with it being dished back to them.
