Why the heck you still watching tv with commercials?

Besides, it helps a lot when voiceover is in a language you are learning or can't comprehend by hearing well enough (like Trainspotting)
Or when they speak in a weird accent. Looking at you, Spain, and your weird c and z sounding like th.
It saves me about 75% of rewinding 10 seconds. Which, BTW, Netflix is trash at being able to do reliably.
