You can take a pot of water from the kitchen and pour it into the toilet. Same principle. Also why is the toilet paper flat?

Depends on your flush mechanism.
If you have an Australia/NZ system just pour a jug of water into the bowl and it will flush out the pee.
If you have a US/Canada system, repent.
I’m so curious as to why you think us/canadian toilets don’t flush if you pour water into the bowl..

I am going to see if I can fix it because I am already up and I will just have to deal with it until I fix it.
If I can't fix it in 2 minutes I will grab a bucket of water and pour it in the bowl to flush it.
Lift up the lid on the tank. Push down the float. If it still won't fill, fill the tank with water from the sink or shower, then flush normally.
