What superpowers does Peter Pan have? besides flying?
He abducts children.
That's a 'superpower' ? - Perhaps he has some sort of way of convincing people to do what they would not normally do. This would not be hypnosis because the hypnotiesd usually will not violate their held beliefs.
Nobody ever presses charges for it, he can just kinda do it. No legal repercussions whatsoever.

Imagine food into existence? In Peter Pan 2 he starts imagining blood clots in his enemies or pineapples in their esophagus.
