Please cite in the constitution where it calls anyone “illegal.”
Also cite anywhere it states that the rights laid out in the constitution apply specifically to citizens only.
Even if you were to concede that point, which to be clear, I absolutely do not, due process must be extended to everyone in order to know who is a citizen and who is not.
A person cannot be “illegal.”
