I refuse to accept the premise of lesser evil. It's a false choice.
Here's an idea, actually have candidates that support the people, not their donors. Until then, I won't vote for any of them.
Tell that to every rape victim that's been forced to carry their rapists child to term.
politicians make laws.
I'm afraid your requirements aren't in the interests of those manipulating the rules, and so likely don't be met. What's step 2?
